How do I tone up tummy after 2 c-sections?
I have 5 beautiful children. 3 single and 1 set of twins. I had two c-sections my last one was with the twins five years ago. I am in pretty good shape and I am quite active. However, no matter how many sit-ups and pilates moves I do I still have the sagging pouch over my incision scar. Is it possible to make it look better without surgery? Thanks so much.
u need to go to a gym, and make ur muscles large, so the skin has somewhere to be compressed into. doing situps is affective, but that can only do so much. gyms are like 30 bux a month, and u can use it anytime of the week from about 10 in the morning to 10 in the afternoon, usually. the equipment is better than traditional ways, and it really makes u look good. dont go so much that u turn into all muscle, cause that is nasty, and a girl with a six pac is kinda weird. if u get a 4 pac, then u shud stop right there, this isnt just my opinion. i did a survey with my friends, and 19/20 said that 4 pacs and below were sexy, but wen a woman has a 6, then it make them seem manly. im not trying to be sexist, but it is kind of a turn off. srry if i offended any woman, but u need to hear the truth.
